Photo Face Swap
Swap one face in a still image on the homepage.
Experimental · 480p
Put a new face into a short video using a reference portrait, then preview and download the result in your browser. This experimental tool uses generative character replacement, so it can change more than the face; start with a short, single-person clip to judge the match.
Generative character replacement may change more than the face. Test a short clip first.

Start with a short, single-person clip. This is a verified still-image result from our photo tool, not a video output. Video generation is experimental and its successful output has not yet been verified.

Choose a well-lit clip where one adult face stays visible, with little motion blur and no rapid cuts. A portrait with a similar head angle gives the model a clearer reference than a distant group photo.
Choose an MP4 from your device and check its preview before continuing.
Add a sharp JPG, PNG or WebP portrait showing the identity you want to use.
Sign in, confirm permission to use both files, and review the displayed credit cost.
Start processing, keep the request saved, then play and download the finished video.
If you are looking for face swap video free, check the allowance before uploading: video generation currently uses existing account credits, with no separate free video allowance. The two complimentary photo swaps do not include video. Processing costs 30 website credits per started second at 480p; a 5-second clip costs 150 credits. You can select and preview files without paying. Credit purchases are not yet open, so you need an account with an existing balance to generate.
This page accepts standard MP4 video up to 10 MB and 30 seconds, plus a JPG, PNG or WebP reference image up to 5 MB. Export MOV, WebM or GIF files to MP4 first. H.264 MP4 is a practical choice for browser playback. Trim to one scene and reduce the bitrate if your file is too large; changing its filename does not convert it. Output uses 480p, so fine facial detail may be softer than in the original recording.
If the face flickers, try a shorter section with fewer head turns, fewer obstructions and more even lighting. Replace a blurry portrait with a clear image and keep the subject large enough to see. This model replaces a character rather than editing only face pixels, so hair, body shape and background details can also shift. A completed render is not a guarantee of a perfect likeness. Review the whole clip before sharing; retrying a completed job starts a new paid request.
Choose by the output you need. Video must keep an identity consistent across motion, while a photo swap only needs to resolve a single frame.

You can select files and preview them without signing up. Submitting a video requires a signed-in account with enough credits.
There is currently no free video allowance. The homepage’s two free photo attempts apply to still images only.
SwapFaceHub does not add a site watermark. Marks already present in your source video are not automatically removed; inspect the generated clip before sharing.
Processing time depends on the clip and the provider’s queue; no fixed completion time is promised. The tool checks the saved request and shows when the result is ready.
The limit on this page is 30 seconds per video. Trim longer recordings into a short test clip before selecting them.
Yes, use a modern mobile browser that supports MP4 playback and file selection. Keep the page open during upload and use a stable connection.
Selected files stay on your device until you submit. Submitted files go to KIE for processing; its upload documentation specifies deletion after 24 hours, while task records and result links remain in your account history.
Use a standard MP4 under 10 MB and a JPG, PNG or WebP portrait under 5 MB. This page does not accept fragmented MP4 or direct MOV, WebM and GIF uploads.
This version has no individual face selector or multi-face mapping. Use a single-person clip; several visible faces can produce unpredictable replacements.
Confirmed processing failures restore the deducted credits. If submission is unconfirmed, the request stays saved for review instead of charging again automatically; contact support with the request ID.
