Response and review

Our first-response target is 2 business days. Child safety, nonconsensual intimate content and credible threats are prioritized, with an initial review target of 24 hours. We aim to send a decision or progress update within 7 business days. We do not offer round-the-clock monitoring. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

For an appeal, select “Appeal” and include your previous reference and reasons for review. For billing refunds, email support with your order number instead of sending payment details here.
