Acceptable Use Policy
Content restrictions, safety review, enforcement and appeals for SwapFaceHub.
Last updated: 2026-10-23
Who and what this policy covers
This policy applies to photo and video inputs, reference portraits, generated results and all use of SwapFaceHub. Use adult portraits only. You must own the material or have permission to edit it, and have the consent of each identifiable person whose likeness you use. Do not treat a publicly available photo as permission. Clearly disclose AI edits when sharing them in a context where viewers could mistake them for authentic footage.
Prohibited content and uses
- Sexual content: nudity, pornography, sexual services, sexual exploitation or sexualized face swaps.
- Child safety violations: sexual content involving minors or anyone appearing to be a minor, grooming or exploitation. Do not submit children's portraits to this service.
- Nonconsensual intimate content: creating, editing, threatening to share or distributing intimate imagery without consent, including fabricated intimate imagery.
- Deceptive impersonation and harmful deepfakes: identity fraud, scams, fake endorsements, fabricated evidence, misleading portrayals of real events, harassment or reputational harm. Authorized creative face editing does not permit deceptive impersonation.
- Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, depictions of extreme cruelty, threats of violence, or content that encourages, glorifies or facilitates violence or terrorism.
- Hate: content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or promoting violence or discrimination against people on the basis of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
- Privacy and intellectual-property violations: doxxing, unauthorized use of private material, or infringement of copyright, trademarks or likeness rights.
- Evasion and abuse: bypassing safety checks or usage limits, repeated prohibited submissions, malicious automation or misuse of another person's account or result links.
How safety review works
The service requires a permission confirmation before generation. Video generation requests enable the AI provider's NSFW check. Provider safety rejections are handled as failed tasks when failure is confirmed, with the applicable free attempt or credits restored. Provider checks have limits and are not a guarantee that every prohibited image or video will be detected.
We also use user reports and manual review of reported material and relevant task records. There is no public user gallery, and we do not promise human approval of every upload before generation. Cloudflare Turnstile prevents automated abuse; it is not a content-moderation system. We do not claim a comprehensive automated violence or hate-content classifier.
Report content or misuse
Anyone, including someone without an account or a person whose likeness was misused, can use our Report Abuse form. Include a result link or task number if available, a description and a contact email. If you have no link, describe where you encountered the material. Do not upload or forward illegal sexual material or intimate images; a location or task identifier is enough to begin a review.
Our first-response target is 2 business days. Reports involving child safety, nonconsensual intimate content or credible threats receive priority, with an initial review target of 24 hours. We aim to provide a decision or progress update within 7 business days; complex cases may require additional information. These are handling targets, not a claim of round-the-clock monitoring. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Enforcement and duration
After reviewing the evidence, measures may include a warning, rejection of a request, removal of access to a result within our control, restrictions on generation, or suspension or termination of access for serious or repeated abuse. We may ask the processing or hosting provider to remove material under its control; we cannot guarantee deletion of copies downloaded or shared outside our service.
For a first, lower-severity violation, we may issue a warning and require the behavior to stop before further use. Where a temporary restriction is needed during investigation, the initial review period is up to 7 calendar days; if more time is necessary, we will provide an update where we can contact the user. Severe exploitation, harmful impersonation or repeated evasion may lead to indefinite or permanent restrictions. We explain the action, duration or review date, and appeal route where lawful and feasible, without disclosing another person's private report.
Refunds and mandatory consumer rights remain governed by our Refund Policy; suspension is not an automatic forfeiture of statutory rights.
Appeals
Use the Report Abuse form, choose “Appeal”, and include the report or task number, the decision being appealed and supporting facts. You may also email support@swapfacehub.com with “Safety appeal” in the subject. Submit an appeal within 30 calendar days of our notice; later appeals may be considered when new evidence is available. We aim to respond within 7 business days after receiving the necessary information, or provide a progress update. We may uphold, shorten or reverse a restriction after review.
Report information is handled under our Privacy Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
