Terms of Service | SwapFaceHub

The photo service

SwapFaceHub offers AI editing of a target photo using a separate source face. The current trial provides up to two free generation attempts without an account, subject to browser and shared-network controls and daily capacity. We do not currently offer video, batch, GIF or multiple-face generation. Planned features are labelled as such.

The trial counter reserves an attempt on submission. Confirmed upload or generation failures restore the attempt. An uncertain provider response can remain pending; we do not automatically submit it again. A result you dislike is not a failed request. Image quality, resemblance and completion time vary, and we do not guarantee an exact result or an instant turnaround.

Permission and acceptable use

Use photos and likenesses you own or have permission to use. Do not impersonate people, deceive viewers about real events, harass others, commit fraud, or violate privacy or intellectual-property rights. Nonconsensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, and unlawful content are prohibited. Do not submit nude or sexually explicit images. Use adult portraits for this tool.

Do not bypass trial limits, automate abusive requests, interfere with security checks, or use another person's session or result links without permission. We may restrict access to protect the service and other users.

Generated images

Outputs are AI edits and may contain errors or unwanted changes. Review them before use. A watermark-free export does not grant rights to the source images, a person's likeness or protected material. You are responsible for appropriate disclosure of an edited image and for obtaining any permissions needed for its use.

Availability

The service depends on external AI processing and hosting. Temporary interruptions and capacity limits may occur. No paid checkout is offered in this initial photo trial. Any future paid offering will display its own price and terms before purchase.
