Privacy Policy | SwapFaceHub

Photos and results

Photos you select remain in your browser until you submit a face swap. On submission, both photos are sent through our server to KIE for Nano Banana 2 image processing. KIE's temporary upload documentation states that uploaded files are deleted after 24 hours. Generated result availability and provider retention are governed by the provider; we do not promise instant deletion of all provider copies. Download the result promptly.

We do not publish a public gallery of submitted or generated photos. Temporary provider image links can be accessed by anyone who has the link. Do not share them unless you intend to share the image. We store the provider task identifier, result link and request status to let your browser retrieve its result and avoid submitting the same request twice.

Anonymous trial and cookies

The free trial does not require an account. We use a signed, essential browser cookie and a secret-key hash of the connection IP address to enforce the two-attempt allowance and prevent abuse. The original IP address is processed transiently for security checks. Browser identifiers and usage counters are retained to enforce the allowance; they are not a claim that we can identify every individual person. A shared network may share the trial limit.

The essential trial cookie can last up to one year. Session storage remembers the current task in this browser tab. Clearing browser data may make a result inaccessible and does not necessarily restore a trial allowance.

Optional Google sign-in

You can use the photo trial without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture to create or link your account and maintain a secure sign-in session. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files. Signing in does not reset the free trial allowance. You can sign out from your account settings and manage the connection in your Google account.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this service and supplies Turnstile security checks. KIE processes uploaded photos and generated images. These providers receive the data needed to operate their services and may process it outside your country. Review their privacy terms before submitting sensitive images. We do not sell uploaded photos.

Optional analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement and Microsoft Clarity for session replay. Analytics cookies and replay are subject to your cookie choice; Google may receive cookieless measurement signals when analytics storage is denied. Photo upload and result areas are masked for session replay. Essential security checks and request processing continue without analytics consent.

Your choices

Use only images you have permission to submit. You can remove a selected photo before submitting, close the browser tab, or clear local browser data. These actions do not cancel an already submitted provider task. Avoid submitting identity documents, confidential photos or sensitive personal images. This policy will be updated when the service's data handling changes.
